This is the last podcast in our introductory installment. We’ve already introduced a bit about ourselves and our business; now it’s time to introduce our podcast series to you after all…this is a podcast.

Artisan Adventures podcasting setup — The Artisan Adventures Podcasting Setup

The content of our podcast is going to be all things FGGD. We will be showing you any behind the scenes extras that we think you might enjoy. You could expect to hear all about our latest projects or anything that we have been working on as a family or as individuals. This could include products or even anything we have to build for the business, such as our podcasting set up or a desk that we need for doing work. You get to take a sneak peek behind the scenes at the FGG Designs headquarters. We also will be giving you the latest information on any upcoming events we may be a part of, such as craft shows or markets or even an open house. This is a great way for you to find out where we will be if you ever want to say hey. We will also be giving reviews on any tools that we may be using at the time to help aid you in any purchases you may have to make within your own craft.

In the future of our podcast, we will be introducing you to our products; whether they are new or old, they will be showcased and explained so you know how to use them effectively. We also aim to help you learn new things about our crafts. Therefore we are hoping to start a “how to” series where we will walk you through, step by step, how to make certain things. We will be giving you insights into what we know, whether that be what woods work well for carving or what kind of metal works well for knives, any information that we feel is necessary for you to know, we will communicate that to you. We know that there are many businesses out there that are done on the side due to having a full-time job, ourselves included, therefore we would also like to use this podcast to give business advice also. Anything that we discover that may help you in your craft or business you will hear here. Our main goal is to make this podcast a hub for all things artisan.

The last thing to mention is the style of this podcast. We are a very open family, therefore we have designed this podcast to be a kind of “around the table, meal time, conversational” podcast. Which means we are going to talk to you as if you were at the table with us. We are inviting you into our family in each podcast.
