What is different about your business in light of the fact that there is always a massive amount of competition?
We realize that there will always be competition, and as the artisan crafts are being resurrected, I’m sure that will only increase. Our goal is to develop products that are unique, however that can be quite challenging. The one thing that we can say at this point is that we want to focus on products that are practical even though we will have decorative products in our lineup. One additional, but primary, thought on how we desire our business to be different is not just in our products or our service but very specifically our personal focus as we go about production and as we relate to those who purchase our products. More than desiring the approval of man, we desire to be approved by God as we seek to glorify Him in everything we do.
Customer Satisfaction Policy
It will always be our goal to have customers that are completely satisfied with our products and services. We will do anything we can do to make things right if a customer has a legitimate and reasonable complaint. However, we do reserve the right to refuse service to those who seek to gain an advantage by using unlawful and dishonest means.
How do I return my item?
If a product is defective we will replace it free of charge. We will be developing a return process soon but it is not currently in place.
How will you go about achieving the objective of your business?
With all diligence and dependence upon the Lord. We can make all we want but whether we are successful is in the Lord’s hands.
Is presentation important to you?
Yes, we believe presentation is one of the most important things of selling a product. Not only do we desire to have products that are of high quality and look nice, but we put a lot of effort and thought in how we package our products. If items are meant for gifts we can, at an additional charge, gift wrap those items.
As far as our web presence, or even a booth at a fair, we strive for excellence in every detail that shows professionality.

This is a great idea and we can most certainly do this in the near future.
