Is it better to purchase direct or through Etsy?
At this present time, we prefer to sell directly to our customers. In the near future, once we get our website setup, our goal is to have an easy and secure purchasing option.
Please note, if there are current listings on our Etsy, please do purchase through that.
Does the pyrographer of the house have their own Instagram?
Yes and no. You can find her photography account as @LFG_Photography, although you won’t find any of her pyrography work there. You can find that under our business account, @FGGDesigns, which will be showing more behind the scenes shots and our products soon.
How can I trust your products? Are there any reviews available?
We are still in the beginning stages of our business; thus we only have a few reviews on certain items. Do note that before we introduce a new product, we test it out ourselves.
You can contribute your own review by purchasing our products and sending us a review which we will post if it is an objectively fair review. If you have already received or purchased one of our products, we highly encourage you to leave us a review.

How can you personalize the product I purchase?
For our greeting cards, we work together with the customer on color and/or favorite design or interest of the person, like hobby, sport, flowers, etc.
Do you offer free postage and packaging?
We currently don’t offer free shipping and our packaging is included in the product price.
Do you ship international?
Yes, we do.
How long till I receive the item?
First, it depends if it is a custom order, if so, it will take 7-10 business day for the artisan to produce it. After that, it will be shipped. Domestic shipping will take 3-7 business days, international will be 10 -15 business days.
How much for shipping?
Currently, we use USPS to send our products and use their rates according to weight and size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Cash, or Etsy payments. Once we’ve upgraded the website, we will take all orders through there.
